The accreditation office for participants and media representatives will be located at the participant´s entrance at the AWD-Dome.
Apart from proof of health insurance, a valid passport will be needed to allow verification. To avoid undue delays, accreditation of the journalists will take place in the press centre at the same time. There will be a security system for access control consisting of a combination of colours and letters, allowing easy, clear and swift identification.
Every delegation will get their accreditations as well as their booked vouchers for lunch, public transport etc..
Participants who booked the Official CWC-Package will be transferred immediately after the pickup from the Airport or main railway station, to the accreditation office. The official CWC-Package includes the above mentioned transfers on day of arrival and day of departure.
