Whether it's cheerleading, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, gymnastics, motorcross, cycling or riding: every kind of sport becomes a sensational event here. A local derby just as much as a European or world championship. You will find a supermodern competition hall, spacious changing rooms and a gym providing optimal training conditions. The main hall and the training hall are both located in one building.
Travel with ease
The AWD Dome is right in the heart of the city. No European airport is located closer to the city centre than the one in Bremen. Flights into Bremen come from Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, UK, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Latvia. Since 2006 the low fares airline Ryanair also has a base in Bremen.
The AWD Dome is in the direct vicinity of numerous hotels and the Bürgerpark - the city's green lung. There is parking space directly in front of the AWD Dome on Bürgerweide and all of this in one of Germany's most beautiful cities. |
